Dear Members and Friends of the Winnebago County Democratic Party, we need your commitment.
The polls are close. Russ Feingold can be re-elected, Tom Barrett can become our next governor. …but they can not do it without your efforts.
As I write, Russ Feingold is statistically tied and surging, Tom Barrett is rising, in the margin of error, Joe Kallas performed well in debate & Gordon Hintz is once again the hardest working Rep in WI. The candidates with the most sweat, knocks and rings from volunteers, just like you, will win this election.

Winnebago Dems Get Out the Vote Schedule:
Fri, Oct 29: We begin with a late afternoon ‘Fire-up / Meet-up’ with Sen Russ Feingold in the late afternoon followed by a watch party for Tom Barrett’s final WI Gov debate. Bring a friend and/or a dish to pass to the Winnebago Dems HQ!
Sat, Oct 30: We will knock doors and call voters from 9am to 7pm.
Sun, Oct 31: We will knock doors and make calls before the Packer Game, 9am to noon. After the game we will be calling voters and doing the first wards of the final drive lit drop.
Mon, Nov 1: Beginning at 8am, we will be on the phone reminding our Democratic voters to vote, as well as blanketing the area with a candidate and voting location lit drop. We plan to lit drop until at least 10pm. Please stop in any free time you have.
Tue, Nov 2: Election Day! Our day will begin at 5am, lit dropping any wards missed Monday, followed by phone calls and door knocking until polls close at 8pm.
Winnebago Democratic Party Super Volunteer Bernie Faust has volunteered for 15 shifts. We don’t expect that from everyone, but if you can give a few hours of your time, multiplied across all of the concerned Dems & friends, we will make a real difference.
