BIG PUSH SATURDAY

The Winnebago County / Walker Re-Call Office is having a big

RALLY and SIGNATURE DRIVE!!
Saturday: Dec. 17, 2011

9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M
480 N. Main St, Oshkosh WI

We will be kicking off the day with a special guest speaker

Former Dane County Executive

Kathleen Falk

We will also have guest speakers though out the day

We are asking Local Unions to set-up teams and challenge each other in collecting signatures that day. We will be setting up 3 hour shifts for people to sign–up

9 am -12 noon, 12 noon - 3 pm, 3 pm - 6 pm and 6 pm - 9 pm.

Just the first 12 days, your efforts have helped us collect more than 300,000 recall signatures , but now the hard work begins. With cold weather starting to set in, winter has definitely arrived.

With the days getting shorter and colder we can't let old man winter slow us down. We need to continue to collect signatures in our local communities through the cold, wintery days ahead.

Don't allow Scott Walker's blizzard to bury working and middle-class families this winter. Please come out and help the grassroots movement in our efforts to reach our goal.

ICYMI: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:Thompson announcing at firm receiving stimulus money
MADISON – Despite being a vocal critic of President Obama’s successful stimulus bill, Tommy Thompson will today announce his candidacy for the U.S. Senate at a company that directly benefited from the stimulus package, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

From the article, “Federal records show Weldall Manufacturing in Waukesha was awarded $300,000 in stimulus dollars in October under an energy project overseen by the state Department of Administration.”

Read more about Tommy Thompson’s hypocritical flip-flop here.
